Got Worms?

I now have silly Silk Worms in my store now... don't worry, they won't eat your silk yarn! LOL

Here is what a real silk worm looks like. Ok, so mine is not nearly as detailed as the real thing, and maybe just a bit on the silly side, but I think they are much cuter! :)

While I have a few sets to sell in my etsy store, I originally made these for Kata. She is gonna include them in her yarn club shipments! How cool is that?! I believe all of the club shipments sold out this time, which is awesome for her. Hopefully she will be having more in the near future if anyone is interested.

On the homefront, we got a form letter from our Recruit today. It wasn't a "letter" from him, but he did sign it, so we know he was safe & sound at that time. :) At least we can now write him letters! There will be one in the mail box first thing in the morning!!

Hope everyone is having a good week!!

How cute are they?! You are uber-creative.

So glad you heard from your recruit. I wonder if our recruit's mom will think to call the station with the addy?

you always come up with the cutest markers.
I seen to remember form letter even back then. You know they are molding him into a man. It's pretty intense what they put them through. He will be glad to get your letter. When G wrote from Vietnam they would black out certain words. It was not like he was telling me anything I think it was to let me know they were watching.

That's an awesome shot of a Luna Moth caterpillar... did you take it? I'd love to see one in person someday. Your stitch markers are wonderfully fun! :)
